Cat 5e and fibre optic Cable installation Factory Colnbrook Slough Heathrow area

65000 sq foot food production factory, we have completed a Category 5e structured cabling and fibre optic installation at this site - March 2015
In this factory environment the structured cabling installation works are at at high level, complex and reasonably tricky – plus the added care that needs to be taken when working around foodstuffs in a 24/7 production environment .
During the works at the Bakery Factory we completed the install of 2no, OM3 Multimode fibre optic cables and terminated them as LC terminations, using a cold cure glue and polish method. The optical fibre cable route was both inside and outside the building Once terminations were completed we completed Loss insertion measurements on the cables and ensured they exceeded the minimum design losses.
We also installed Low Smoke Zero Halogen LSZH Cat 5e Cabling to 10 locations in the factory for Ethernet connections to various pieces of equipment.
The cable routes and Pathways required the installation of girder clips and various cabling hangers to support the installation. at this site we also fitted white plastic PVC cable conduits and surface trunking.
